Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 2 can Chicken Breast be sure it is breast and packed in water
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce to taste
- garlic minced (to taste)
- onion minced (to taste)
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- Mix all together. Sprinkle top liberally with Nutritional Yeast.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, until brown on top.
