Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 can Chicken Breast be sure it is breast and packed in water
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce to taste
  • garlic minced (to taste)
  • onion minced (to taste)
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste


  • Mix all together. Sprinkle top liberally with Nutritional Yeast.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, until brown on top.
