- 1 bag bag riced cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Mix together and spread on parchment-lined cookie sheet, about 1/3 inch thick.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Add toppings: chicken, spinach, cottage cheese, Muir Glen fire-roasted tomatoes, and sprinkle some nutritional yeast on top.
- Bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
