Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag bag riced cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix together and spread on parchment-lined cookie sheet, about 1/3 inch thick.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • Add toppings: chicken, spinach, cottage cheese, Muir Glen fire-roasted tomatoes, and sprinkle some nutritional yeast on top.
  • Bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
