  • 1/2 large English cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1 green apple diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
