Chicken and Tomato Salad

Yummy weeknight meal.....before you leave for work in the morning, throw 3 chicken breasts in the crockpot seasoned with cumin, paprika, oregano and garlic sea salt.  Then, chop up some romaine, top with chicken, tomatoes, salsa and goat cheese. Enjoy!
