- 1 lb ground beef
- Pacific brand organic low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 bag fresh green beans
- 1 lg can Muir Glen tomatoes diced
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Bragg’s amino acids
- Brown ground beef and drain. Clean green beans and sauté in broth with some Bragg’s amino acids.
- Combine large can Muir Glen diced tomatoes, green beans and ground beef. Add onion and garlic. Heat mixture until hot. Top with more Bragg’s amino acids to your liking.
