Intestinal Permeability

What is IP?  IP is intestinal permeability….it is the term used to describe the control of material passing from inside the gastrointestinal tract through the cells lining the gut wall, into the rest of the body.

I personally believe everyone suffers from a little intestinal permeability at some point in their lives.  The triggers of IP are listed above.  Do you have diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating?  These are some of the symptoms related to increased intestinal permeability.

In the 2007 issue of Integrative Medicine, Dr. Jeffrey Bland was quoted as saying, ‘….food is being redefined as “information” that alters cellular function after ingestion….’

In the context of banking, you are either ‘making a deposit or a withdrawal’ with the “information” you provide your body.
