
Portobello Mushroom Caps
Ingredients
- 4 mushroom caps
- 1 cup broth I make my own bone broth
- pinch Montreal Chicken seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Bragg's aminos/or Coconut Aminos for those that can't have soy based ingredients.
- Cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat broth and seasonings, toss in a few caps at a time and flip to saturate in juices.
- Bake 400° 15-20 mins.
- Slice and enjoy however you like.
Notes
I'll have some as an entree and the rest chopped up on steak or chicken throughout the week. Get those veggies in!
