- 2 cans of Chicken Breast (Watch the canned chicken to be sure it is packed in water, chicken breast meat and sale in the ingredients.)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
- About 1/2 cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce (more or less to your taste)
- Garlic, minced (to taste)
- Onion, minced (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Onion powder (to taste)
- Mix all together. Sprinkle top liberally with Nutritional Yeast.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, until brown on top.
