• 2 cans of Chicken Breast (Watch the canned chicken to be sure it is packed in water, chicken breast meat and sale in the ingredients.)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
  • About 1/2 cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce (more or less to your taste)
  • Garlic, minced (to taste)
  • Onion, minced (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Onion powder (to taste)


  1. Mix all together. Sprinkle top liberally with Nutritional Yeast.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, until brown on top.
