Mix together and spread on parchment-lined cookie sheet, about 1/3 inch thick.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Add toppings: chicken, spinach, cottage cheese, Muir Glen fire-roasted tomatoes, and sprinkle some nutritional yeast on top.
Bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
