
Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Nutiva butter-flavor coconut oil
- 2 12 oz packages Cauliflower rice(I use frozen Via Emilia Brand)
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 4 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 4 tbsp Braggs amino acids
Instructions
- Place Nutiva butter in a skillet and let it melt add caulifower rice and seasoning and cover, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. It’s ready when the cauliflower is slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
