- 3 cups riced cauliflower fresh
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Celtic sea salt Pinch

- Heat cauliflower in skillet with a dash of cooking spray or broth. ( Not needed if you use frozen)
- Add lime juice
- When tender, add chopped cilantro and serve.
- I'll use this rice under fajita steak and peppers or a side dish.
