Ingredients
  • 4 mushroom caps
  • 1 cup broth I make my own bone broth
  • pinch Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Bragg's aminos/or Coconut Aminos for those that can't have soy based ingredients.
  • Cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Heat broth and seasonings, toss in a few caps at a time and flip to saturate in juices.
  2. Bake 400° 15-20 mins.
  3. Slice and enjoy however you like.

I'll have some as an entree and the rest chopped up on steak or chicken throughout the week. Get those veggies in!
