Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 2cloves garlic
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 2tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1bag frozen spinachthaw and press all water out
  • 1can artichokesin water – drained and diced
  • 2tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 2cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 1tsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Over medium heat in skillet saute garlic in coconut oil.&nbsp. Add in pressed chopped spinach and stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir continuously until cheese breaks down and starts to look gooey.
