2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts. I used rotisserie from the whole chicken.
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp celery salt
Sprinkle of Celtic Sea Salt
A few grinds of black pepper
2 tbs of dill relish
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
About 2 tbs of stone ground mustard
1/2 tsp of ground mustard powder
3 celery stalks chopped in food processor.
Mix all together and enjoy with nut thins or beds of lettuce.
