Notes

These zucchini chips are a wonderful, anti-inflammatory alternative to traditional fried or cheese-heavy appetizers. Zucchini is a low-calorie, hydrating vegetable packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants that support healthy digestion. Using nutritional yeast replaces processed dairy while providing a rich source of plant-based protein and immune-supporting B-vitamins, while anti-inflammatory herbs like oregano and basil help support overall cellular wellness.
How to Serve: Serve these chips hot and crispy straight from the oven on a warm platter. Consider dipping in a warm marinara sauce or a cool, creamy Greek yogurt-herb dip.
