Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 bag frozen spinach thaw and press all water out
- 1 can artichokes in water - drained and diced
- 2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Over medium heat in skillet saute garlic in coconut oil. . Add in pressed chopped spinach and stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir continuously until cheese breaks down and starts to look gooey.
