  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 4 Tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • olive or coconut oil cooking spray


  • Blend together all ingredients except cooking spray.
  • Spritz a pan or griddle with cooking spray.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter and cook approximately 2 minutes on each side.
