Steak and Mushrooms

Sliced beef sauteed in Bragg's aminos with ground black pepper. Slightly undercooked for reheating. Mushrooms: sliced buttons with 1/2 c broth (your choice). Saute. When nearly done. Mix 1 tsp of arrow root powder to 1/2 c cold water. Add to mushrooms and broth.  Will thicken as heated.
