Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast is packed with B vitamins, protein and is also a great source of fiber!  It can be used as a seasoning for salads, veggies and soups.  Also, it acts as a ‘binder’ when making burgers and meatballs and is a great ‘coating’ for chicken or fish.  Please see the recipes below and add nutritional yeast to your grocery list!

Burgers:

  • Mix 2 eggs and a little bit of Braggs aminos
  • Chop 1/2 onion
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Mix together for a really enjoyable, tasty burger!!!!

 

Chicken or Fish ‘coating’:

Dip chicken/fish in egg and coat with a blend of nut thins, nutritional yeast, fresh garlic, Celtic salt, then sauté.
