Dear Beloved Patients,
I hope you and your families are well. Spring is upon us once again, which brings new life, longer days, more sunlight and lots of outdoor activities.
Seasons come and go, and this has been a season of great change and transition for me. First, let me say, I will continue to have a presence in the area, but I will be in Illinois less frequently.
My father is not well and my husband and I have moved to Indiana to help care for him.
In May, I will shift to Thursday, Friday and Saturday every other week.
PLEASE NOTE: Beginning May 1, 2022, we are moving to a new location: 400 Lake Cook Road, Suite 208, Deerfield, IL 60015.
Please find attached a map with directions. The office will be located inside Vestra Rehabilitation Services.
I will still be seeing patients in Illinois in-person, but can also utilize my Practice Better online platform for virtual appointments.

My heart does not want to walk away from my dear patients I have come to love and care for the past 8 years. I look forward to continuing the relationships we have built, regardless of my location.
