Wow Chicken Salad

Course Chicken, Salad


  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded. I used whole rotisserie
  • 1 cup greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • Celtic sea salt sprinkle
  • black pepper a few grinds
  • 2 tbs of dill relish
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 tbs stone ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
  • 3 in celery stalks chopped in food processor.


  • Mix all together and enjoy with nut thins or beds of lettuce.
