Sandwich Rounds
"Sandwich rounds" are small, round, and flatbread that can be used for making sandwiches. These rounds are an alternative to sliced bread and can add variety and a unique presentation to your sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 4 oz goat cheese softened
- 4 Tbsp arrowroot powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- olive or coconut oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients except cooking spray.
- Spritz a pan or griddle with cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter and cook approximately 2 minutes on each side.
