Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Pacific brand organic low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 bag fresh green beans
  • 1 lg can Muir Glen tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Bragg’s amino acids

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef and drain. Clean green beans and sauté in broth with some Bragg’s amino acids.
  • Combine large can Muir Glen diced tomatoes, green beans and ground beef. Add onion and garlic. Heat mixture until hot. Top with more Bragg’s amino acids to your liking.
