  • 1 Fresh Onion
  • 2 Large chicken breasts
  • Celtic Sea Salt to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Dried Oregano to taste
  • Onion Powder to taste
  • 2 bags Frozen riced cauliflower
  • Nutiva butter-flavor coconut oil
  • 3 1 quart boxes Low-sodium chicken broth
  • Carrots
  • Celery


  • Saute' 1/2 chopped onion and 2 chicken breasts with 1 tsp Celtic sea salt and 1 tsp. thyme. Remove when cooked. Simmer riced cauliflower with 1 Tbsp. Nutiva butter-flavored coconut oil, 1 Tbsp. garlic powder, 1 Tbsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. onion powder and 1/2 tsp. Celtic sea salt. Remove when cooked. Boil 3 boxes (1 qt. each) of low-sodium chicken broth, 1-2 chopped carrots and celery (and any other vegetable) with 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt, 1 tsp. each of garlic power, onion powder and oregano. Combine all and simmer for 30 mins. Add sea salt/pepper as desired.
