Delicata Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 Delicata Squash
  • 1 tbsp Ghee/butter
  • 1 Celtic Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Cut the squash in half, long way. Dig out seeds. Add a little butter or ghee and seasoning; we added celtic sea salt.
  • Add a tiny bit of water in the bottom of a pyrex dish - cook squash until fork tender(about 45min. - an hour) at 400 degrees.
