- 2 Delicata Squash
- 1 tbsp Ghee/butter
- 1 Celtic Sea Salt
- Cut the squash in half, long way. Dig out seeds. Add a little butter or ghee and seasoning; we added celtic sea salt.
- Add a tiny bit of water in the bottom of a pyrex dish - cook squash until fork tender(about 45min. - an hour) at 400 degrees.
