1/2cupgluten-free oats (I use Farmers We Know brand from Costco)
1/4cupalmond flour
3tbspcoconut sugar
1/4 cupunsweetened organic applesauce
1/2tspcinnamon
2tbspcoconut oil (I use Nutiva)
Filling:
4 cupsblueberries
1tbsplemon juice
2tbspmaple syrup
1tbsparrowroot powder
Instructions
Mix together topping ingrdients in a bowl and set aside. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the blueberries, lemon juice maple syrup and arrowroot powder and stir. Cook for 3 minutes and allow blueberries to release some liquid and thicken. Turn off heat. Top filling with crumble and bake on bottom rack of oven for 18 minutes. Then, place the skillet on the top rack and turn the broiler on high and broil for 3 minutes.
