Shredded Brussel Sprouts and Leeks

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Leeks
  • 2 tbsp Nutiva Butter-Flavor coconut oil
  • Nut Thins

Instructions

  • Melt 2 Tbsp Nutiva butter-flavor coconut oil and pour over veggie mixture. Throw in some crushed Nut Thins, spread on unbleached parchment paper and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Top with some blueberry balsamic vinegar.
