Shredded Brussel Sprouts and Leeks
Ingredients
- Brussel Sprouts
- Leeks
- 2 tbsp Nutiva Butter-Flavor coconut oil
- Nut Thins
Instructions
- Melt 2 Tbsp Nutiva butter-flavor coconut oil and pour over veggie mixture. Throw in some crushed Nut Thins, spread on unbleached parchment paper and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Top with some blueberry balsamic vinegar.
