Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Leeks and Pomegranate Seeds

2lbsBrussels Sprouts
5SlicesBacon, chopped
1Leek, sliced, white part only
1cloveGarlic, minced
2/3cupChicken Broth
3/4tspCeltic Sea Salt
2tbspPomegranate seeds
Instructions
Shred brussels sprouts. Cook bacon - set aside, drain grease - keep. Add brussels sprouts, leek and garlic to pan(add 1-2 Tbsp. bacon grease) and saute for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and salt. Cover and steam for 5 minutes, until brussels sprouts are bright green and tender. Return bacon to pan. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve warm.
