Egg Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • Goat cheese

Instructions
 

  • Spray muffin pan with avocado oil(or use muffin tin linters) and add tomato, spinach and goat cheese. Pour egg mixture on top and fill to 1/2 to 3/4 full. Stir gently with a fork. Bake for 20 mins. at 350 degrees. Makes 12 eggs
