
Egg Muffins
Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- Goat cheese
Instructions
- Spray muffin pan with avocado oil(or use muffin tin linters) and add tomato, spinach and goat cheese. Pour egg mixture on top and fill to 1/2 to 3/4 full. Stir gently with a fork. Bake for 20 mins. at 350 degrees. Makes 12 eggs
