Grilled Romaine Salad
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- Celtic sea salt & pepper to taste
- Before grilling, remove the outer layer or 2 of lettuce and dice for garish on the side. Cut a head of romaine in half, brush vinaigrette between the leaves and dress tehe garnish, as well. Grill each side about 2 minutes.
